Building & Tuning Your 2nd Business Brain

A private 90-minute working session to build or tune up a ChatGPT Project that actually knows your business, dream clients, voice, and your body of work.

Have you ever opened ChatGPT, asked what felt like a pretty straightforward question about your business, read the answer, and thought...

Ugh. That’s not it.

Maybe it missed something important about your customers.

The advice was obvious.

Perhaps the writing sounded like everyone else, or the answer was perfectly reasonable and still had almost nothing to do with how you would actually think about the problem.

So you correct it, add more context, explain what you meant, and remind it who your client is.

After a little back and forth, you may finally get somewhere useful.

Then another conversation starts, and somehow you’re introducing yourself all over again.

If that sounds familiar, I can understand why ChatGPT sometimes feels like a glorified Google with a personality.

Because sitting on your computer right now may be years of knowledge and experience that ChatGPT knows very little about.

Books and articles you’ve written. Programs you’ve created. Customer research. Frameworks. Presentations. Emails. Notes. Ideas you’ve refined after years of working with real people.

There are things you know almost instinctively about your work.

Certain language would never come out of your mouth.

Nuances about your customers are obvious to you because you’ve lived with them for years.

ChatGPT only knows what you’ve given it, plus enough direction to understand how you want to use that knowledge.

And uploading a pile of documents doesn’t automatically do that.

Someone still needs to decide what matters, what belongs in the Project, what you want it helping you do, which sources it should rely on, and where it should never fill in the blanks for you.

That’s what we’ll build together.

In 90 minutes, we’ll create a ChatGPT Project around your actual business.

Before we meet, I’ll have you complete a short intake, choose one business priority you want the Project to help with, and gather up to five pieces of source material.

Once we’re together on Zoom, we’ll build or tune up the Project while you’re there with me.

We’ll figure out:

  • The specific job you want this Project doing for you.
  • What it needs to understand about your business and customers.
  • Which source materials will actually help it do that job.
  • The point of view, methods, and language it needs to understand.
  • How you want it to sound when it helps you write or communicate.
  • Which evidence and sources you want it using.
  • Where you never want it guessing, assuming, or making things up.
  • Why it may still be giving you generic answers and what needs to change.

Then we’ll put it to work on something you genuinely need help with right now.

Maybe there’s an offer you’re working through.

Or your positioning needs another set of eyes.

A launch may be coming up, a book or program needs organizing, content needs developing, or you have an important business decision you’d like help thinking through.

We’ll use that real work to see where your Project understands you and where it still misses the mark.

From there, we’ll adjust what needs adjusting until the answers become something you can actually use.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of our time together, you’ll have:

  • One new or substantially improved ChatGPT Project.
  • Completed instructions for that Project.
  • Two or three prompts built specifically around the work you want its help with.
  • The recording of our session.
  • A 20-minute follow-up with me within two weeks, so we can fix anything that shows up once you’ve had a chance to use it.

What I want for you is pretty simple.

When you sit down with ChatGPT, I want you to get useful thinking, writing, and feedback without spending half the conversation teaching and editing to know who you are.

Why I can help you with this

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped business owners get clear about their customers, positioning, offers, marketing, voice, and the ideas underneath their work.

Along the way, I’ve also discovered I have a slightly obsessive love of organizing large bodies of information and figuring out how all the pieces connect.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve spent a lot of time bringing those two things together inside ChatGPT.

I’ve learned to look at questions like:

What does this Project actually need to know?

Which materials belong in it?

How much context is enough without burying the useful stuff?

Where does ChatGPT need clearer boundaries so it doesn’t start inventing, assuming, or flattening your thinking?

How do you preserve the voice and perspective you’ve spent years developing?

That combination is where I can be especially useful.

I help ChatGPT understand and use the expertise you’ve already spent years developing.

Becoming an AI expert isn’t required.

What matters is building a Project thoughtfully around you, your business, and the work you want help doing.

I’m opening five sessions for my eNewsletter readers for $199.

My regular price for this private 90-minute session is $500.

For now, five sessions are the limit because I’ll be working one-on-one with each person’s business, materials, and Project.

This session covers one ChatGPT Project, so we won’t be building multiple Projects, agents, automations, or technical integrations.

General training on every new AI tool and feature isn’t part of our time together either.

Our focus will stay on the thing that can make ChatGPT far more useful in your business:

Giving it enough understanding of your work that you can finally stop explaining yourself every time you use it.

Let's Make Your ChatGPT Project Work Harder Than You Do!

I’d love to upgrade and/or build my 2nd Business Brain with you!
